Our residence is located at about 500 meters from Ortisei downtown, reachable in only eight minutes by feet. All main lifts from Ortisei can be rached with easy, also by feet, without the need to use your car, for which we have a garage (free).

The Valgardena Card enables you to limitless use all skibusses and local area busses.

All primary needs are are satisfied with the facilities in a range of 100 meters, where you'll find a bakery, a grocer’s store, a restaurant-pizzeria and the bus stop.
